What sets this area apart

Abu Halifa plots are relatively spacious, ranging from 600 to 900 square metres, with newer buildings and regular planning. The single-storey house here benefits from extra space for side yards and a rooftop water tank. Soil is sandy with rock layers at varying depths, so we use mechanical excavators to break through to the required depth. Walls are 25-centimetre-thick cement block and finishing includes additional thermal insulation on the interior, plus plaster and dust- and heat-resistant external cladding.

Abu Halifa in Ahmadi governorate, home to the residential co-operative and an organized housing cluster near Ahmadi Town.

Single-storey houses in Abu Halifa require an overhead water tank of at least 5,000 litres on the roof to maintain pressure during summer.

Does the work include installing the overhead water tank and internal water connections?

Yes. We select a tank with adequate capacity and support it with concrete structure on the roof, then run pipes from the tank to all interior points with isolation valves.

We add thermal insulation under the interior plaster and use heat-reflective, easy-clean external cladding, with all joints sealed to prevent dust infiltration.
