What sets this area apart

Andalus is a residential district with mixed villas and small apartment buildings, most built fifteen to twenty-five years ago. Plots here are medium-sized, between seven hundred and fifteen hundred square metres, and many older buildings show concrete cracking and corrosion. Demolition requires careful removal of corroded reinforcement and debris disposal to municipality standards, and the final site is left level and ready for new construction.

Andalus is in Farwaniya governorate near the Fourth Ring Road, an older medium-density residential area.

Most older buildings in Andalus require service disconnection from the street at least one week before demolition begins.

Questions about Demolition & rebuild in Andalus

Call now
What is the difference between demolishing a villa and a three-storey small apartment building?

Small apartment buildings have stronger foundations and denser reinforcement, requiring heavier equipment and more time. Villas are usually easier as foundations are thinner and reinforcement is lighter.

Do you include debris transport and storage, or must the owner find a storage site?

We include transport to municipality-approved sites. Large debris goes to designated fields, and the owner does not bear additional storage costs if the site is within city limits.
