What sets this area apart
Dabaiya is a southern desert zone with wide plots and sparse buildings, mostly light industry and storage uses. Soil is light sand, and sun is intense. Cement-board annexes offer shade and heat protection better than open frames. Panels expand and contract slightly with temperature swings, so we use flexible joints and non-rigid fasteners allowing minor movement.
