What sets this area apart

Qadisiya is a residential district with single villas and mid-rise apartment buildings, and plots here are medium-sized and bordered by internal streets. Walls serve front, side and rear boundaries, and often face soil erosion if not founded deep enough. We excavate trenches at least 70 cm deep, set 10 mm diameter bars every 20 cm in two opposing layers, and wait a full week for base curing before starting the wall pour itself. Soil testing before excavation is essential here.

Qadisiya lies in Capital governorate and is a medium-density residential district around the co-op and sports grounds.

Trench depth in Qadisiya must be at least 70 cm for safe founding, especially in areas prone to soil erosion.

Questions about Reinforced-concrete wall in Qadisiya

Call now
What does soil testing before the wall mean?

We sample the soil to determine its type and load-bearing capacity, which tells us the right trench depth and base thickness. This ensures the wall will not slip or collapse.

Can we pour the wall right after the base, or do we wait?

We must wait a full week for the concrete base to cure and gain sufficient strength. If we pour the wall immediately, the base may crack under its weight.
