What sets this area apart

Adailiya plots run deep and widen from the street, and the detached villas there need a strong boundary wall to resist soil pressure in high-humidity seasons. We lay reinforced concrete foundations at least one and a half metres deep, and set the wall on a solid footing before building upward. Natural stone and clay tiles face the exterior to withstand rare rain and dust, and we install drainage holes at the wall base to prevent water pooling.

Adailiya is in Capital governorate, a district of detached residential villas and small buildings on deep plots near the embassy area.

The concrete footing for the boundary wall is set at least one and a half metres deep to anchor it in stable soil.

Questions about Boundary walls & gates in Adailiya

Call now
How do we protect a boundary wall from water pooling and moisture in Adailiya?

We create permanent drainage at the wall base and slope the top slightly to direct water away. We use moisture-resistant facing materials like natural stone and clay tiles.

Is a deep foundation necessary for every boundary wall in Adailiya?

Yes, due to soil nature and humidity levels. A one-and-a-half-metre foundation ensures long-term wall stability and prevents sagging or deflection.
