What sets this area apart

Abu Halifa is a modern residential area with medium-sized co-operative plots and development land. The soil is sandy and highly saline, affecting concrete and mortar durability if materials are not chosen carefully. Typical fence height ranges from 1.7 to 2.5 metres, with plots separated by relatively narrow streets. We use salt-resistant cement and treated mortar to ensure long-term fence durability, and apply an extra moisture barrier coat.

Abu Halifa is in Ahmadi governorate near Ahmadi Town and the Abu Halifa Housing Co-operative.

Abu Halifa soil is highly saline, so we use salt-resistant cement in concrete and mortar to prevent fence degradation.
