What sets this area apart

Qibla plots are mixed-use and near major commercial routes, so boundary walls there need varied heights depending on the adjacent open space and pedestrian passages. We use concrete block with regular horizontal and vertical reinforcement, and apply moisture sealing on the outer face before applying mortar and finishing coats. The soil is generally stable but may have surface gravel that disrupts trenching, so we strip the top layer before foundation digging.

Qibla sits in Kuwait governorate, a district near Gulf Road and Seif Palace with mixed urban layout.

We maintain minimum 250 mm block thickness and place horizontal reinforcement at every three vertical course heights.

Questions about Block boundary wall in Qibla

Call now
How do you protect the wall from moisture seeping from the foundation?

We apply a moisture barrier (bitumen or primer) on the outer face before mortar and render. We raise the foundation slightly above ground level for natural drainage.

What thickness is suitable for a boundary wall between two residential buildings?

250 mm thickness is adequate with regular horizontal and vertical reinforcement. If the plot faces ground movement or lateral load pressure, we may increase to 300 mm.
