What sets this area apart

Salhiya is marked by a large commercial complex housing multi-storey buildings, luxury hotels and hospitals on regular, modern plots. Most buildings have expansive glass facades and large roofs exposed to direct sun, significantly raising the cooling load. We install heavy insulation on sun-exposed roofs and double-glazed units with thermal coating on facades, and coordinate ventilation and air-conditioning needs with the mechanical engineer.

Salhiya lies in the Capital governorate near Sheraton Hotel and the major commercial complex.

Sun-exposed roofs on commercial buildings require insulation at least 12 centimetres thick with an ultraviolet protection layer.

Questions about Thermal insulation in Salhiya

Call now
Does thermal insulation add significant weight to the roof or structure?

Modern materials like closed-cell foam and glass wool are relatively lightweight, and 12 centimetre thickness adds limited load. We review the original roof design before selecting thickness.

Can insulation be installed on an existing roof without removing old layers?

Yes, but we first remove any damaged or wet layers, then install insulation and protection over sound roof substrate. Installing over wet layers causes early insulation failure.
