What sets this area apart

Qortuba is an upscale villa district on broad plots, and stone facades there often blend several natural stone types in one elevation: granite, marble and limestone in multiple colours. This variety demands understanding each stone's properties: granite is very hard and needs strong fasteners, marble is more brittle and needs clips with even weight distribution, and limestone is medium-strength. We prepare a detailed plan for each stone's position and fixing method before installation, and apply protective finish to light-coloured stones.

Qortuba lies in the Capital governorate, an upscale residential villa district with high urban standards.

We test each stone type's load-bearing capacity before installation to ensure the right clip and fastener for its weight and density.

Questions about Stone & facades in Qortuba

Call now
How do you fix marble and granite together on the same facade?

Each stone type needs its own fixing system. Granite gets strong bolts, marble gets clips with balanced weight distribution. We separate the two with a metal strip allowing each to move independently.

Is surface treatment necessary for light-coloured stone?

Yes, light stones like white marble and pale limestone stain easily from dust and airborne salts. We apply an oil or wax protective layer that preserves stone colour and makes future cleaning easier.
