What sets this area apart
Nuzha is a mixed district of detached villas and mid-rise residential buildings on medium-sized plots, marked by large public gardens and relatively wide streets. Homes need protection from heat and desert dust, and rolling shutters provide good thermal insulation for apartments and villas. The varied plot sizes mean some villas have large facades with broad windows and others smaller standard openings, so we measure each home individually and install custom shutters. The area is relatively quiet, allowing regular work hours without strict time restrictions.
Nuzha sits in Capital governorate near Al Nuzha Park and the co-operative society in an orderly, quiet residential zone.
We select metal gauge and frame strength based on window size and direct sun exposure from south or east-facing directions.
