What sets this area apart
Naeem has villas of varying sizes with different architectural openings from multiple sides. East and south-facing façades get prolonged direct sun, requiring shutters with strong tracks and adequately powered motors. We install shutters with even distribution on both sides of the opening to ensure smooth descent and prevent binding. Regular checks focus on dust removal from tracks and verifying even motion on both sides.
Naeem is in Jahra governorate, a residential area with direct sun exposure on most façades.
We fit balance brackets on both track sides to ensure even descent and prevent shutter binding.
