What sets this area apart
Funaitees is a mixed residential area with villas and apartment blocks on plots of varied sizes, featuring contemporary space distribution with clear separation between living rooms, bedrooms and kitchens. Newer apartments and villas have visible service runs and clean corners that ease decoration and integrated lighting installation. We separate wet areas from dry areas when choosing finishing materials, and coordinate with the electrician and plumber to leave enough room for pipes and wiring before fixing any decorative elements.
Funaitees sits in Mubarak Al-Kabeer governorate, a residential area of apartment buildings and villas near the Capital governorate boundary.
We leave expansion joints around walls and ceilings before installing any wall panels or wooden trim.

Questions about Interior decoration in Funaitees
Call nowHow do you coordinate decoration with existing electrical and plumbing runs?
We review pipe and wire routes in advance with the contractor, and position decoration and integrated lighting to avoid cutting any existing or future services.
Can the same finishing materials be used in bedrooms and bathrooms?
No, wet areas like bathrooms need moisture-resistant and easy-clean materials, while bedrooms can use less resistant but more visually comfortable finishes.
