What sets this area apart
Mishref is a mixed residential district with older and newer villas spread across deep plots ranging from 600 to 1,200 square metres, and mid-rise apartment buildings around Kuwait University. Villas range from 3 to 5 storeys with large living areas, while apartment blocks hold 2 to 4-bedroom units. Decor work includes multi-colour wall paint, installing suspended ceilings with spot lighting in corridors and living areas, and running separate electrical lighting circuits for each room.
Mishref lies in Hawalli governorate near Kuwait University and Mishref Park, giving the district a quiet residential character.
We install suspended ceilings and spot lighting after drywall and base paint are fully complete.
