What sets this area apart
Abbasiya apartment buildings are 3 to 6 storey residential towers with units ranging from 80 to 150 square metres. Standard ceiling height is about 2.8 metres, and walls need simple gypsum with light-toned emulsion or modern paint finishes. Wiring and pipes in older units are often surface-run, requiring route reorganization before gypsum starts. Central and corner lighting is distributed across living rooms, bedrooms and kitchens per owner preference.
Abbasiya lies in Farwaniya governorate, a residential district of mid-rise apartment buildings on regular plots.
We separate and reorganize old wiring and pipe runs before gypsum work begins in occupied residential units.

Questions about Decor execution in Abbasiya
Call nowCan we change lighting layout in an existing flat without breaking walls?
Yes, we reroute old cables through ceilings and walls and create new lighting points before gypsum. If cables are surface-run, we conceal them in new gypsum for a clean look.
Is emulsion paint enough for Abbasiya flats or do modern paints work better?
Both are suitable. Emulsion is cheaper and easy to maintain, while modern acrylics offer more colour choice and better coverage. We choose based on owner budget and intended use.
