Ceiling decor in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh

Ceiling decor installation in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh must account for the modest floor-to-floor heights in mid-rise residential units and existing ductwork. We design ceilings to conceal pipes and electrical runs while distributing light evenly across the relatively shallow room depths.

What sets this area apart

Most residential blocks in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh are six to ten storeys, with each flat having rooms at a standard height of roughly three metres. Plasterboard ceilings drop that by 25 to 40 centimetres to hide runs and services, but overshopping the depth risks a cramped feel in living spaces. We coordinate with the main contractor to ensure all electrical and plumbing runs are complete before we start fixing.

Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh lies in Farwaniya governorate, a densely built residential area with mid-rise blocks near Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh market.

Standard room heights in flats are around three metres, and plasterboard ceiling drop is no less than 25 centimetres.

Questions about Ceiling decor in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh

Call now
How do you conceal electrical runs and ventilation ducts under the ceiling?

We run metal or plastic conduits over a steel timber framework, then fix plasterboard panels to it. All wiring and ducts stay within the conduits, and we leave small openings for ventilation and light fixtures.

Can recessed lighting be installed inside the plasterboard ceiling?

Yes, and it is standard in modern flats. We install LED or halogen lights before closing the ceiling with plasterboard, keeping adequate space for heat and maintenance. All electrical routes sit in insulated conduits.
