What the service covers
Assess the old building, repair every identified fault, and hand back a sound structure

Structural condition check
Early detection of hidden faults in walls, ceilings and floors

Crack treatment
Inject structural and surface cracks with a method matched to depth and type

Facade restoration
Remove failing render and recoat the facade with UV-resistant layers

Rust and corrosion repair
Clean exposed steel, treat corrosion and protect against coastal moisture

Waterproofing and leaks
Trace roof and bathroom leaks and apply a durable waterproof barrier

Interior finish renewal
Repair hollow tiles and damaged plaster and repaint internal surfaces
Materials and methods used
Polymer-modified repair mortar
Bonds to old concrete and flexes with it without cracking under high heat
Epoxy crack-injection resin
Low-pressure injected into fine cracks to restore full structural continuity
Elastomeric UV-resistant coating
Absorbs wall movement from thermal expansion and reflects heat off the facade
Marine-grade silicone sealant
Applied around window frames and joints to stop moisture and fine dust ingress
Common mistakes to avoid
Painting directly over rust
Hides the fault briefly but rust expands underneath and breaks the coating within months
Ignoring the crack cause
Filling cracks with filler without diagnosing the cause leads to deeper recracking
Waterproofing without surface prep
Applying membrane on a dirty or damp surface prevents adhesion and causes early failure
Using standard plaster outdoors
Standard plaster absorbs coastal moisture and crumbles quickly under Kuwait's intense sun
More in home maintenance.
What goes wrong with most finishing.
The finish is what you see every day, and its mistakes do not hide. These three are the most common.
01A rushed finish
The finish is what you live with every day. Rushing it shows in every corner.
02Four contractors for one finish
Tiling, gypsum, paint and aluminium crews who never talk to each other.
03After-care that never comes
Once you have the keys, it is hard to find anyone to come back and fix what shows up.
The solution?
Full finishing, and maintenance after it, from one licensed company.

A rushed finishTurnkey finishing
Marble, tiling, gypsum and paint from one company.

Four contractors for one finishOne company for every trade
No gaps between the tiler, the gypsum crew and the painter.

After-care that never comesRegular maintenance after handover
And finishing on instalments if you need it.
How it works.
First contact
Call or WhatsApp us to describe the house condition and fix a visit date
Site assessment
Our team visits the building and records all visible and suspected faults
Detailed quotation
We submit a detailed offer covering works, materials and execution schedule
Repair execution
Repairs proceed in the right sequence from structural works through to finishes
Inspection and handover
Every completed item is checked for quality before final handover to the owner
What sets the price.
No fixed price list applies because the extent of deterioration and materials needed vary between buildings
Get a quoteBuilding size and age
Older and larger buildings need deeper assessment and wider-scope repairs
Visible and hidden damage level
Hidden damage behind render or under tiles adds time and cost to the works
Repair material specification
Structural injection resins and high-grade membranes cost more than standard mortar
Site access conditions
High-level works requiring scaffolding or lifting equipment raise execution costs
Occupied-building constraint
Working in an occupied house requires special scheduling and coordination that affects pricing
Why one contractor beats four.
Every extra contractor means another schedule and another excuse. With us, one company answers for all of it.
Turnkey
Shell and finishing with one company, from footings to keys.
Pay in instalments
Construction and finishing on instalments. Ask us for the details.
Engineering supervision
Architectural drawings and engineering supervision on site.
After handover
Maintenance contracts and a 24-hour emergency plumber.

Questions, answered.
Call nowCan an old house be maintained without demolishing and rebuilding it?
Yes in most cases. If the structural frame is sound, crack repair, corrosion treatment and finish renewal restore the building at far lower cost than demolition and rebuild. A site assessment determines which approach is needed.
Why do old house facades crack so quickly in Kuwait?
The large daily temperature swing causes walls to expand and contract repeatedly, cracking rigid render. Coastal moisture and fine dust entering the joints accelerate the damage. Treatment with a flexible, UV-resistant coating significantly extends facade life.
When does rust on columns or beams become a structural risk?
When rust causes visible concrete spalling or exposes reinforcing steel, that is a warning sign requiring immediate action. Surface rust without concrete disintegration can be treated by cleaning the steel and restoring the concrete cover.
Can a roof leak be fixed without breaking up all the old tiles?
It depends on where the leak originates and the condition of the membrane below. Localised injection sealants can sometimes suffice. If the waterproofing has deteriorated over a wide area, removing the tiles and relaying the membrane is the only lasting solution.
Can old-house maintenance be carried out in separate phases?
Yes, but sequence matters. Structural repairs and waterproofing must always come before finish renewal. Reversing that order means new finishes are likely damaged later by unresolved moisture or cracks.
