What sets this area apart

Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh is a very dense residential area with multi-storey blocks and older villas, most built twenty years ago or more. Wet areas are tight and ventilation may be weak due to older designs and pipes that could be corroded. Moisture-resistant board provides protection even in weak ventilation and prevents moisture absorption from pipes behind walls. Before installation, we inspect pipes and walls to confirm no trapped leaks or old moisture exist.

Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh is in Farwaniya governorate, a dense residential district near Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh market area.

Checking for pipe leaks and old moisture precedes any moisture-resistant board installation in older buildings.

Questions about Moisture-resistant gypsum in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh

Call now
What if the pipes behind the wall are leaking water?

The leak must be repaired first before any moisture-resistant board goes up. The board protects the inner surface only and cannot stop the source of moisture. We inspect pipes and old joints and recommend fixing them with a specialist plumber.

Does moisture-resistant board solve mold in an old bathroom?

It does not solve old problems, but prevents them going forward. If old mold exists, we remove damaged board and treat the wall before installing new moisture-resistant board.
