Gypsum TV wall in Kuwait - Qibla

Gypsum TV wall in Qibla

TV wall gypsum installation in Qibla requires careful planning of cable runs and electrical conduits within the steel frame. We design the wall to house the screen and audio-visual gear while fully hiding all wiring and ducts inside the gypsum and infill layers.

What sets this area apart

Mixed commercial and residential buildings in Qibla range from three to ten storeys, with apartments and offices attached to existing concrete walls. To mount a TV wall of gypsum board on these walls, we verify the concrete thickness and reinforcement, then select anchors and fixings suited to the load. The space behind the screen for running video, audio and power cables determines the steel frame depth, and is often tight in smaller units.

Qibla is in Kuwait governorate near Gulf Road and the main commercial zones, where offices and residential units are concentrated.

We separate audio and video cable ducts from electrical supply wiring by a minimum of five centimetres to prevent electromagnetic interference.

Questions about Gypsum TV wall in Qibla

Call now
How do you fully conceal the screen and audio cables within the gypsum wall?

We run plastic conduits inside the steel frame before installing gypsum board layers, routing cables from the lower distribution box to the upper fixture openings. Once pouring, infill and finishing are complete, no wires are visible on the surface.

Can a gypsum wall support the weight of a large 65-inch screen or bigger?

Yes, but we use a reinforced steel frame of thicker galvanised steel and anchor it directly to the concrete wall behind the gypsum layers. This design ensures full stability for the heavy screen.
