What sets this area apart

Mansouriya's medium-sized residential units have standard-height living rooms and multiple interior walls. Finished TV walls here benefit from available space and upfront planning to hide electrical, internet and audio cable runs. The relatively high residential density means dust and noise during sanding must be minimized, so we use electric sanders with air extraction systems to reduce airborne pollution.

Mansouriya sits in the Capital governorate near Mansouriya Co-op and Fourth Ring Road, a uniform residential neighbourhood.

Most Mansouriya units have a 3-metre ceiling height, allowing a metal frame depth of 80 to 100 mm.

Questions about Gypsum TV wall in Mansouriya

Call now
Can integrated air conditioning be built into the TV wall?

We do not recommend it. An air duct needs extra depth and may conflict with cable routes. It is better to run air outlets separately through the room ceiling.

How long does the finishing stage from taping to final paint take?

It depends on wall size and joint compound layers. We typically allow each compound coat to dry 24 hours before sanding and the next coat, then final paint. We coordinate with those responsible for ventilation and humidity.
