What sets this area apart

Sabah Al-Ahmad Marine City comprises luxury villas on waterfront or very near-shore plots, including yacht moorings and water sports facilities. Electrical runs in this environment face harsh conditions from salt spray and moisture-saturated air, causing rapid corrosion of standard metals and wires. We select all materials from high-durability grades: cables with reinforced VV insulation, conduits of stainless or galvanized steel, and sealed distribution boxes with drainage and ventilation circuits.

Sabah Al-Ahmad Marine City lies in Ahmadi governorate, a luxury waterfront district dedicated to resorts and waterfront villas.

We use cable gauges at least fifty percent larger than minimum inland standards to compensate for accelerated corrosion in the marine environment.

Questions about Electrical works in Sabah Al-Ahmad Marine City

Call now
How do you protect electrical installations from the harsh marine environment?

We use stainless steel for all fixtures and equipment, marine-grade VV-insulated cables, and sealed distribution boxes with low-drainage openings. We advise annual comprehensive inspection and cleaning of accumulated salts.

Can electrical equipment be installed directly on the waterfront facade?

We do not recommend installing sensitive equipment directly on the waterfront. We mount all equipment at least five metres from shore with additional barriers. Only fully sealed lighting fixtures and waterproof connectors may be near the water.
