What sets this area apart

Ishbiliya has older villas with original electrical systems never upgraded, alongside newer homes with higher power demands. Most plots are spacious at 300 to 500 square metres, allowing long cable runs from the main panel to the wings. On new builds we separate lighting, outlet and cooling circuits, installing secondary distribution panels near distant zones to keep voltage drop within limits. For renovations we inspect old wiring and often need to replace it fully, running new cables under walls or in fresh conduits.

Ishbiliya lies in Farwaniya governorate, a villa-based residential district with spacious plots near Ishbiliya Co-op.

We separate central air-conditioning circuits from general lighting circuits to prevent voltage collapse on startup.

Questions about Electrical works in Ishbiliya

Call now
An old villa has original copper wiring; does it need full replacement?

We inspect the insulation and connections first. If the wires are sound and the insulation is safe, we may keep them. But if we find degradation, burnt sleeves or faulty grounding, full replacement under the walls is necessary.

How many secondary distribution panels do we need in a villa on a 400 square-metre plot?

Typically one or two depending on the wing layout and distance from the main panel. If the distance exceeds 30 metres, we install a second panel near the remote wings to reduce voltage drop.
