What sets this area apart

Abu Halifa is a growing residential area with villas and family homes on varied-size plots near Ahmadi Town and industrial zones. Villas here range from traditional to modern designs, many with split or central air-conditioning and multiple bathrooms. Electrical first-fix requires running conduit from the main panel with separate circuits for cooling, lighting and outlets, maintaining safe clearances from hot, cold and drainage water pipes. The relatively larger plots allow better planning to avoid crossings and maintain adequate safety margins.

Abu Halifa is in Ahmadi governorate near Abu Halifa Co-op and Ahmadi Town, in a rapidly developing residential area.

We use flexible plastic conduit for vertical runs and rigid metal conduit for horizontal runs according to site requirements.

Questions about Electrical first-fix in Abu Halifa

How are split air-conditioning unit circuits separated from lighting?

We dedicate an independent power circuit with metal conduit directly from the main panel to each split unit, completely separate from lighting and outlet conduit to avoid interference or overload.

Can electrical conduit run next to hot water pipes?

It should be avoided, but if necessary we maintain at least 20 cm separation from hot water pipes and apply additional thermal insulation to the electrical conduit.
