What sets this area apart

Sawaber is a district of high-rise residential towers, 20 to 30 storeys tall, on tight plots in the capital centre. Each tower holds small and medium flats with bathrooms and enclosed kitchens, requiring precise moisture separation because pipework runs vertically through tile and wall surfaces. The shared corridor areas are large and need tiles that withstand constant foot traffic and moisture buildup from air conditioning and heavy use.

Sawaber is in the Capital governorate, a district of tall residential towers in the heart of Kuwait City.

We set expansion joints every two and a half metres in large-area, high-traffic tile installations.

Questions about Ceramic & porcelain tiling in Sawaber

Call now
Do shared corridor tile floors crack from constant foot traffic?

Cracks form when expansion joints are missing or the base layer is unstable. We place expansion joints every 2.5 metres and test base flatness with a laser level before setting begins.

How do you prevent water from bathroom leaks seeping into neighbouring flats in the same tower?

We apply liquid moisture barrier three millimetres thick to floors and walls before tiling, and seal joints with high-grade silicone. Each bathroom is sealed independently from the slab downward.
