We use 6061-alloy aluminium with low thermal expansion coefficient and leave calculated expansion gaps between profiles and the structural frame. All seals use high-flex silicone sealant.
Can heat-tempered glass withstand direct heat from industrial machinery?
Yes, heat-tempered glass tolerates direct heat, but we do not install it closer than one metre from an intense heat source. For closer proximity, we use thicker laminated glass with protected ventilation openings.
