What sets this area apart

Most Hateen buildings blend medium-sized residential units with light commercial frontage on the ground floor, ranging from 3 to 5 storeys. Suspended ceilings here conceal AC ducts, electrical runs and lighting in relatively tight spaces. We fix the grid to existing columns and walls, cut openings for AC units and light fixtures per the approved plan, then fit perimeter trim in tight alignment with the walls.

Hateen is located in Hawalli governorate, a mixed residential district with commercial shops on building ground floors near Al-Fahidi Street.

Floor-to-suspended-ceiling height is typically 2.4 to 2.7 metres to allow HVAC, electrical and drainage runs above the grid.

Questions about Aluminium ceilings in Hateen

Call now
How do suspended ceilings hide AC and electrical runs in tight flats?

We suspend an aluminium grid below the original ceiling at sufficient height to pass all ducts and cables through, then fit aluminium or plasterboard panels over it to conceal everything from view.

Can openings be cut in the ceiling for AC units and lights after installation?

Yes, but it is better to determine AC and light positions before panel installation. If later changes are needed, we cut the opening carefully and install approved mounting frames around the unit.
