What sets this area apart

Ali Sabah Al-Salem is a coastal area with villas and residential plots on relatively low ground near the shoreline. Plots are spacious, but the soil presents challenges: saltwater aquifers lie close to the surface, and soil is a mix of sand and marine clay. This makes surface drainage critical to pull water away quickly from foundations and gardens. We install collection tanks with strong pumps that force water toward approved municipal discharge points, and prevent any pooling that could increase moisture under the villa.

Ali Sabah Al-Salem is in Ahmadi governorate, a coastal area of villas on low ground near the shoreline.

We install high-capacity submersible pumps in collection tanks to forcefully discharge water toward main municipal lines.

Questions about Storm-water drainage in Ali Sabah Al-Salem

Call now
Can rainwater mix with the saltwater aquifer below?

If water pools, yes it can seep downward. But we discharge quickly through high-capacity pumps, so fresh water never reaches the deep saltwater layer. This protects foundations from excess moisture and salt.

What about corrosion in pipes due to salt?

We use plastic or salt-resistant pipes instead of regular iron. Tanks are also coated with marine corrosion protection layers.
