What sets this area apart

Power stations in Zour require separate drainage networks: one for domestic sewage and another for cooling water and desalination process water. Cooling water carries high temperature, so it runs in special pipes per specification. The regular sewage line leads to a central treatment plant, and cooling water may recirculate or drain later. Each line is tested at a simulated discharge rate close to the actual load. We follow the drawings with the facility's engineering consultant and keep routes separate from the first collection points onward.

Zour sits in Ahmadi governorate, home to power generation stations and water desalination plants near the Gulf coast.

Cooling water lines at Zour plants typically range from 400 mm to 800 mm diameter depending on the designed cooling flow rate.

Sealed and approved entry into the nearest municipal inspection manhole.

  • Flow and pressure test

Full network flow test confirming gradient and zero leakage before closing.

  • Surface reinstatement

Paving or tiling restoration over excavated areas after work is complete.

How it works.

  1. Contact and survey

Call or WhatsApp to schedule a site survey visit.

  2. Network design

Plot the pipe route, set gradients and confirm chamber locations.

  3. Excavation and pipe laying

Dig trenches, lay sand bed, run uPVC pipes and build chambers.

  4. Testing and tie-in

Run flow test then make the sealed tie-in to the municipal manhole.

Questions about Sewage contractor in Zour

Call now
Can cooling water from the power station be mixed with regular domestic sewage?

No, absolutely not. Cooling water has high temperature and requires special handling. We run it in a completely separate line using heat-resistant pipes per the facility specification.

How many times do you test the network before final handover to the station?

We test domestic sewage and cooling separately at least once with pressurised water before backfill. After backfill we perform a final test simulating the actual discharge rate to confirm no blockages.
