What sets this area apart

Abdullah Al-Salem comprises medium-sized villas on plots ranging 30 to 50 metres, with varied architecture and different construction years. The soil is sandy on the surface with clayey layers 1.5 to 2 metres deep. We design the network in 75 to 110 mm diameters based on villa size and bathroom count, install inspection chambers every 30 metres, and take care to avoid crossing clean water lines or electrical runs.

Abdullah Al-Salem sits in Kuwait Capital governorate near the British Embassy, a district of residential villas on medium-sized plots.

We use standard-gauge PVC pipes with adequate cover for protection from surface loads and soil movement.

Questions about Sewage contractor in Abdullah Al-Salem

Call now
How do you avoid crossing sewer lines with clean water pipes in the same trenches?

We plan each line location in advance and obtain the services map from the municipality. Where necessary, we separate lines horizontally or raise one line at a different elevation before the crossing point, documenting this in the site record.

Can you expand the drainage network later if a bathroom or new utility is added?

Yes, but this requires additional excavation and may need rerouting some pipes. It is better to design the network from the start with capacity slightly above current needs to facilitate future expansion.
