More in plumbing maintenance contracts.
What goes wrong with most plumbing.
Plumbing problems start hidden and end with breaking tiles. These three cost the most.
01Pipes laid in a rush
Pipework rushed before the walls close stays hidden until it starts to leak.
02Leaks you cannot see
A slow leak behind tiles shows up as damp, stains and a higher water bill.
03Nobody answers in an emergency
A burst pipe at night cannot wait for a contractor who has moved on.
The solution?
Pipework, leak detection and maintenance from one licensed company.

Questions, answered.
Call nowHow many times a year are visits made under an operation and maintenance contract?
Visit frequency depends on building size and the agreed contract type. Most contracts start at a minimum of two visits per year, rising to monthly visits for large buildings or complex networks.
Does the maintenance contract include cleaning ground and roof tanks?
The contract covers inspecting both tanks and checking internal wall condition and cleanliness levels. Full tank cleaning can be added as a separate item when agreeing the contract scope.
Does mineral scale from Kuwait's hard water affect the maintenance schedule?
Yes. Hard water leaves calcium deposits quickly in heaters, mixers and pipes, so scheduled visits include regular scale checks and treatment to maintain network performance.
Does the contract cover emergencies between scheduled visits?
It depends on the agreed contract terms. Some contracts include emergency response in the price; others treat emergencies separately. This is stated clearly in the contract document.
Is a maintenance contract suitable for private houses or only commercial buildings?
Contracts suit both. Private villas benefit from periodic contracts that prevent sudden faults, while large residential or commercial buildings typically need broader contracts covering pump operation and full network maintenance.
