Yes. PEX has a smooth bore that resists mineral scale far better than galvanised iron, and its flexibility absorbs thermal expansion caused by Kuwait's summer heat without stressing the joints.
What is the difference between a manifold layout and a traditional series distribution?
A manifold gives each outlet its own dedicated run from a single central point, so any fixture is isolated without cutting supply elsewhere. Series branching loses pressure at the end of the line and makes isolation harder.
Can PEX runs be installed in a fully finished house without major tile demolition?
Flexible PEX can sometimes be threaded through tight chases with limited opening, but the exact demolition needed depends on a site survey to trace existing pipe routes and wall construction.
Why must the pressure test happen before the walls are closed?
Once pipes are plastered or tiled over, a loose joint becomes a hidden leak that only shows as damp or lifted tiles much later. Testing before closure finds and fixes any weak joint at minimal cost.
Does the handover include a record of where the buried pipe routes run?
Yes. A pipe route diagram is handed over at completion so you can avoid drilling into hidden lines during future wall works or fixture changes.
