What sets this area apart

Abu Hasaniya plots are large and sea-facing, ranging from 1500 to 4000 square metres, with luxury villas featuring pools and landscaped gardens. The waterfront location means persistent high humidity and extreme salt concentration in soil and air. PEX runs need enhanced insulation with materials that resist moisture and salt, and deeper burial to bypass surface salt layers. We apply extra protection standards to all exposed sections and areas near water features.

Abu Hasaniya sits in Mubarak Al-Kabeer governorate, a district of luxury villas on the Arabian Gulf waterfront.

We apply double insulation with salt-resistant foam at least 50 millimetres thick on all exposed PEX sections in Abu Hasaniya.

Questions about Plumbing installations in Abu Hasaniya

Call now
How do you protect PEX runs from sea moisture and airborne salt?

We use foam insulation resistant to salt and moisture, covered with a durable outer plastic layer to prevent water absorption. All exposed sections near the sea are buried extra deep or hidden inside metal protective conduits.

Is PEX safe for direct use to pools and fountains near the sea?

Yes, but we use additional filtration and water treatment on a separate pool line. We recommend periodic testing for brine content and may suggest an intermediate salinity treatment unit based on local water quality.
