What sets this area apart

Hawalli is a densely populated area with closely packed residential and commercial buildings, typically 8 to 15 storeys high. Water and drainage routes must be carefully planned and separated to avoid clashes with concrete frames and other services, especially in foundations and lower floors. The municipality also requires separate pressure tests for each vertical stack and full route documentation before backfilling or finishing.

Hawalli is in Hawalli governorate, a dense urban district with closely spaced residential and commercial buildings and main commercial streets.

We perform water pressure tests at a minimum of 10 bar for two hours before any line is concealed.

Questions about Plumbing & installations in Hawalli

Call now
How do you separate drainage networks in a building with multiple residential and commercial units?

We create separate drainage stacks for each unit type, with grease traps for commercial units. Each stack is documented with clear placement on drawings before backfilling or finishing begins.

Do you test hot and cold water lines the same way?

Yes, both are tested at 10 bar for two hours. However, hot water lines are installed with thermal insulation and a slight slope for air release at the top of the pipes.
