What sets this area apart

Jabriya is a mix of standalone villas and relatively short apartment buildings (4 to 7 storeys) on medium-sized plots, 600 square metres for villas, 400 for apartments. Villa pipes run through gardens and side pathways before entering the house, while apartment buildings rely on central drainage stacks. The environment is less humid than the coast, but soil is deep and requires careful digging to avoid old foundations or existing lines.

Jabriya is in Hawalli governorate, a quiet residential zone mixing villas and low-rise apartment buildings.

We check the municipal underground utilities map before any excavation to ensure no existing lines are cut.

Questions about Plumbing & installations in Jabriya

Call now
How do you run pipes in a villa with a garden and side pathways?

We run main lines across the garden in straight paths as deep as possible (typically at least 80 cm) to avoid damage from digging or tilling. Secondary lines enter the house from the side or back with steel pipe sleeves at entry points.

What do you do if you find old foundations while digging?

We stop work and review drawings with the structural engineer. If the foundations are away from the pipe route we continue, and if they are close we reroute the pipes or raise them higher.
