What sets this area apart

Most Firdous plots are newly planned in regular layouts with reinforced concrete cesspits built to approved structural standards. However, pit age is starting to show through minor seepage at wall-to-floor joints or at the inlet pipe entry. Sealing these pits requires thorough cleaning of accumulated sediment and complete drying before sealant application. We focus on weak zones around joints and floor pores with multiple layers.

Firdous is in Farwaniya governorate, a newly planned area with uniform plots near the Sixth Ring Road.

Reinforced concrete cesspits in Firdous require at least 48 hours of water testing to confirm no seepage after waterproofing.

Questions about Cesspit waterproofing in Firdous

Call now
Are weak zones in the pit only at the joints?

Joints are typically the weakest, but the concrete floor may contain fine pores or hairline cracks visible under wet inspection. We scan the entire floor and apply sealant across all interior surfaces, including 30 centimetres above the expected water line.

How long before a waterproofed pit can be used?

After sealant application and water testing, we leave the pit 72 full hours for curing. Normal use can then resume. Early use may compromise sealant quality.
