What sets this area apart
Ruqai is a residential area of apartment blocks three to five storeys on family plots, mostly built between the mid-1990s and early 2000s. Roofs are flat and sometimes used for storage and drying, with concrete slabs typically 16 to 20 cm thick. When adding an annex, we check for prior cracks or water leaks, clean the surface and repair any defects before applying a waterproof layer.
