What sets this area apart

Sawaber is a dense urban district with residential buildings of five to ten storeys and mixed-use office towers on relatively narrow plots between 400 and 700 square metres. Construction here requires precise coordination with the municipality on excavation schedules, concrete pours and temporary material storage on limited pavement space. The density of neighbouring buildings also demands narrow scaffolding and continuous pedestrian and traffic protection during execution.

Sawaber is located in Kuwait governorate, a district of residential and commercial towers in the heart of the city.

We restrict excavation and pouring hours between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. according to municipality code in high-density zones.

Questions about General contracting in Sawaber

Call now
Can building materials be stored only on the plot, or do you need additional space?

Sawaber plots are very tight, so we coordinate with the municipality on a temporary storage site near the location or use a rooftop of an adjacent building, and manage material deliveries daily according to the pour schedule.

How do you ensure pedestrian and traffic safety during construction?

We install metal barriers and safety netting on all sides of the site, coordinate traffic with traffic police, and provide safe pedestrian pathways with full night lighting for the adjacent street.
