What sets this area apart
Wafra plots are large and used primarily for farming and livestock with small family rest houses. Soil here is mineral-rich but heavy clay, requiring special drainage for agricultural and rainwater. Buildings face strong seasonal westerly winds and intense aridity, so we use open architectural designs with sheltered courtyards and build effective drainage systems. We also ensure irrigation and drainage networks are entirely separate and leave adequate clearance between foundations and groundwater.
