What sets this area apart
Ishbiliya plots are mostly family villas on medium areas between 500 and 1000 square metres, with sandy soil and gravel layers of varying depth. Excavation sometimes hits solid gravel at one to two metres down, which we break with machinery before compacting. After removing excess spoil we backfill with approved, screened material per municipality standards, then compact it in lifts of no more than 30 centimetres each.
