What sets this area apart

Qadisiya plots are spacious and suit lightweight buildings and multi-storey warehouses, and many small commercial and industrial projects in the area choose steel frames for speed and ease of later modification. The soil in Qadisiya is stable and supports light column footings without additional settlement monitoring. Roof covering and waterproofing need careful attention to horizontal and vertical seals, and we finish every job with proper thermal expansion gaps for the steel as temperatures change.

Qadisiya is in the Capital governorate, a light commercial and industrial area near Kuwait Sports Club stadium.

Steel columns in open-plan warehouses require expansion joints at every connection to withstand daily temperature swings.

Questions about Cold-steel / sandwich-panel annex in Qadisiya

Call now
Can a second floor be added to the steel frame structure later?

Yes, the steel frame design allows later vertical additions if the original foundations and columns are sized for the extra load. We recommend planning this from the start and leave openings and anchor points in the first structure.

Is the panel waterproofing adequate for a warehouse storing moisture-sensitive equipment?

Standard panel sealing is adequate for typical use, but for high-sensitivity storage we use thicker panels with air gaps and controlled ventilation layers. We consult with the warehouse owner about site humidity before choosing panel and insulation type.
