What sets this area apart

Qibla experiences high traffic density along Gulf Road with eight to fifteen-storey mixed commercial and residential buildings on plots between thirty and fifty metres deep. Walls here face continuous vibration from vehicles, requiring deep foundation design and dense reinforcement to minimize fine cracking. Some plots contain tunnels or elevated service lines for public utilities, so we use metal detection and thermal imaging before excavation and may adjust the wall line with municipality approval.

Qibla sits in the Capital along Gulf Road near Seif Palace and the Commercial Bank headquarters.

Wall foundations along Gulf Road must reach at least two-and-a-half metres to pass through unstable sand layers and avoid surface vibration transmission.

Questions about Boundary walls & gates in Qibla

Call now
How do you manage continuous vibration from heavy traffic on Gulf Road?

We design the foundation at sufficient depth with doubled reinforcement at close spacing and add vertical expansion joints every three metres or so. This allows the wall to absorb movement without developing long cracks.

What if the plot sits above an elevated service line or tunnel?

We obtain a detailed map of lines and tunnels from Kuwait Municipality and the relevant authorities. We may raise the wall slightly from its intended line or use special construction methods that avoid direct pressure on the line.
