What sets this area apart

Mutlaa is an elevated plain with rolling hills and natural slopes in various directions. Plots here are medium-sized but may sit on steep grades, complicating wall construction. Basalt rock can be close to the surface in some spots and deeper in others. Walls on slopes need stepped foundations or excavations to level the area, and we may use retaining walls on the lower side to prevent collapse.

Mutlaa sits in Jahra governorate, an elevated plateau with natural hills and broad desert views.

Walls on Mutlaa slopes need stepped foundations that follow the natural ground gradient.

What we build

Perimeter walls, retaining walls, parapets and gates for every plot type.

Questions about Boundary walls & gates in Mutlaa

Call now
How do you build a wall on sloped ground without it collapsing?

We use stepped foundations that follow the ground slope, with stabilizing excavations on the uphill side and retaining walls on the downhill side. Each foundation step carries the wall load separately to distribute pressure safely.

Do you need extra excavation to level the wall area?

Yes, in most cases. We excavate the uphill side slightly and move soil downslope to create a level platform for the wall. This reduces lateral pressure on the foundations and improves stability.
