What sets this area apart

Mubarak Al-Abdullah is a modern residential suburb with spacious plots, mostly modern villas of one to two storeys. Urban planning is contemporary with greater distances between buildings than older suburbs. The soil here is dry sandy with no deep groundwater moisture problems. Walls require moderate reinforcement and reasonable footing depth since soil is relatively stable. We test footing compaction and monitor pouring carefully as sandy soil may settle if not well-packed.

Mubarak Al-Abdullah sits in Hawalli governorate with modern urban planning, spacious plots, and dry sandy soil.

Wall footings in the suburb require sand layer compaction beneath to prevent settlement weeks after pouring.

Questions about Boundary walls & gates in Mubarak Al-Abdullah

Call now
Is dry sandy soil safe for walls without settlement issues?

Sandy soil is stable if well-compacted under the footing. We dig at least half a metre deep, compact sand in layers, then pour the base. Poor compaction may cause settlement after completion.

Do walls in the suburb need extra reinforcement like coastal areas?

No, dry soil and lack of salt do not require extra reinforcement. We use standard reinforcement and normal concrete, with proper footing compaction being most important.
