What sets this area apart

Khiran is a coastal resort zone with multiple resort and chalet clusters on medium-sized plots. Each project needs a wall that marks property lines and shared areas, with primary and secondary access gates. The soil is close to the sea and exposed to high humidity, salt spray and strong winds, so we select galvanised steel or reinforced concrete at high grades. Foundations are dug to a reasonable depth with bituminous barriers, and walls are finished with protective coatings in neutral and warm tones that match the resort architecture.

Khiran lies in Ahmadi governorate, a coastal resort and tourist chalet zone along the Persian Gulf.

We apply protective coating at 150 micron thickness on steel walls in coastal areas to resist salt corrosion.

Questions about Boundary walls & gates in Khiran

Call now
Are concrete walls better than steel in wet coastal areas?

Both are suitable if materials and treatments are chosen correctly. High-grade reinforced concrete and galvanised steel both tolerate salt and moisture if the rebar inside concrete has adequate cover and the metal is finished with proper protective paint.

Do wall colours fade from humidity and salt spray in Khiran?

We select high-grade industrial paints and apply multiple coats. Neutral and warm tones hold their appearance longer, and we recommend annual salt rinse to maintain finish.
