What sets this area apart

Fahaheel is a waterfront district where residential and commercial plots line the marine frontage and traditional markets. Boundary walls here face direct sea moisture and airborne salt plus salt-laden soil, accelerating concrete corrosion and cracking. We use high-grade concrete with sulphate and chloride-resistant cement, and apply bituminous waterproofing or even polyurethane coatings to exposed surfaces. We also select stainless-grade reinforcement in layers near the surface.

Fahaheel sits in Ahmadi governorate on the waterfront, near Al Kout Mall and the traditional market.

We use sulphate and chloride-resistant concrete for all waterfront walls in Fahaheel to reduce corrosion.

Questions about Boundary walls & gates in Fahaheel

Call now
Does polyurethane coating protect better than bitumen against sea salt?

Polyurethane offers superior protection, greater flexibility and better resistance to coastal wet-dry cycles. Bitumen is a cost-effective option but requires periodic maintenance.

Must stainless reinforcement be used in all layers of a coastal wall?

Layers near the surface directly exposed to salinity need stainless steel. Deeper layers can use standard steel with thicker concrete cover for protection.
