What sets this area apart
Most Qosor villas were built years ago on limited-size plots, sometimes on natural hills or relatively elevated terrain. Annexes here face strict municipality restrictions on front, side and rear setbacks, and we often have very little working space. The old villa may be on an outdated shallow foundation, requiring careful inspection before safely connecting the new annex. Some villas were built with traditional methods lacking full documentation, so we coordinate with the municipality to clarify the legal status before starting.
Qosor is in southern Mubarak Al-Kabeer governorate and contains relatively older residential villas on limited-size plots.
We review the original building permit and legally permitted areas before submitting any annex drawings to the municipality.
