What sets this area apart

Most Qasr villas are relatively modern construction on medium-sized plots, three or four storeys with varied architectural design. The water table in Qasr is lower than coastal areas, easing cylinder pit excavation without intensive pumping. The soil is typically sand mixed with gravel, and may need light side bracing during digging. After pouring the reinforced concrete base, we install the hydraulic cylinder and pump in an isolated chamber with ventilation doors, then run copper piping to the cabin in an orderly and safe manner.

Qasr is in Jahra governorate, a district of residential villas with modern construction and medium-sized plots.

The cylinder pit in Qasr typically does not require continuous pumping because the water table is lower than in coastal areas.

Questions about Hydraulic elevators in Qasr

Call now
What is the difference between pit excavation in Qasr and in coastal areas?

In Qasr the water table is lower, so we need lighter pumping and shorter dewatering. The soil is sandy with gravel and needs only light bracing during excavation.

Can the hydraulic oil reservoir be integrated with the elevator machine room?

It is better to keep the machine room separate with good ventilation. The reservoir, pump and motor need adequate space for safe maintenance and regular cleaning.
